Hello, I''m interested in weighting the CPU available to different domUs asymmetrically in the machine, and the cpu_weight config variable implies I can do this. However, I can''t see any documentation for this - could someone point me in the right direction? On a similar note, is it possible to schedule I/O accesses in a similar way (less likely, I realise). Thanks, Dominic. -- Dominic Hargreaves | http://www.larted.org.uk/~dom/ PGP key 5178E2A5 from the.earth.li (keyserver, web, email) _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users

Can anyone please post how they use scheduling parameters on their domains ? through config files or each time after a domain is started ? Hi, On my side I use "xm sched-sedf <> <> <> <> <> <>" command lines in order to set the "cpu_weight+ pqrqmeter, as mentioned in the following doc : http://wiki.xensource.com/xenwiki/Scheduling ... But I would also be very interested if some parameters exist in xenU config files. Is there also a command which allow to list actual sched-sedf parameters ? I didn''t find anything, it means I have to remember my last command line arguments.
