Xen users - Aug 2005 - xm balloon and /proc/meminfo

I had a domU with 192M and I ran "xm balloon <id> 128". "xm
list" now
shows that it only has 127M, but /proc/meminfo and top in that VM  
still show 192M of memory. What''s really happening?

I''m running 2.0.7 on debian/2.6.11 for dom0 and domUs.
