Xen devel - Mar 2006 - [PATCH][HVM] enable setting of soft breakpoints from gdb

Hi Keir, Ian,

   Attached is the patch to
1. Enable the setting and trapping of breakpoints for hvm guest.
2. Catch Ctrl-C for gdbserver and let gdb break from continue command.
