Xen devel - Feb 2005 - Newbie problem 2 - ''Warning: unable to open an initial console''

Hi again

I have got Xen/XenLinux 2.0.3 on Fedora Core 3 booting as far as:

...
Freeing unused kernel memory: 320k freed
kjournald starting. Commit interval 5 seconds
Warning: unable to open an initial console.

at which point it hangs.

The grub lines (if they are important) are:

    kernel /boot/xen.gz dom0_mem=131072
    module /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.10-xen0 root=/dev/hdb2 ro console=tty0

Any help appreciated!

Basically FC3 uses udev which means you need an initrd - this 
is an FC3 issue, not a Xen one.
