wine users - Feb 2012 - does 1.4rc4 fix this mouse issue?

I had this same issue with 1.4rc3, and he had it with 1.4rc2. I had to downgrade
back to 1.3.37

I see nothing in change logs about it, so I guess this regression is staying for
1.4?

Has anyone actually run a regression test and filed a bug for it?
