Try updating to the most current Wine version for your Linux 
Distribution.  This problem was reported as 
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=26957 and with Wine 1.3.18 the 
program in question ran without error.

I installed the newest wine and still it will not run. heres the newer output
