I installed Legend Of Mir 2.6 using WINE. But i cant get it to work..When i launch the exe, my scrrn goes black (like it should) but then nothing happens (normally on windows, after 2 seconds of balck screen, login gate comes up). Any ideas?
What Wine version? If it's not at least wine-1.3.18 - upgrade. Post complete terminal output. If it's too big, please use pastebin.

Updated. Nothing major changed.. When nothing major happens it works abit better.. But when alot is going on on screen, it slows down even more and crashes alot faster

well that's the error message i keep getting... No1 knows what that means? :( still low fps, and alot of crashing...
Ok, that is the cause..and how do i fix it? Switching to windows7 helped(it was set to XP). Thats weird, as the game doesnt run well on a windows7 machine. Bug report?

how do i file a bug report?...
On 5/29/11 11:12 PM, GodsOtherHand wrote:> how do i file a bug report?...go to www.winehq.org and click on the bugzilla tab. You will need to create a second account (but it can have the same login information as the Forums if you feel that this is safe) Completely read all of the information on how to file a bug report. Please INSURE that your report is unique and not a duplicate of an existing report. If you have doubt that it is a dupe, file anyway. Better a duplicate report than no report at all. Please be patient. Most of the Wine development team are volunteers and it may take time to find and fix problem code. If the bug goes AWAY with a Wine release, please update it. Please update the report about every three Wine releases if the bug is still present. Please update the report if the bug changes (I had a white screen, now it is black.) This does help.
