wine users - Apr 2011 - screen smaller since upgrade

I have just upgraded from Ubuntu 10.10 to 11.04.I was running railroad tycoon 3
with wine and everything was OK.Now the screen is not full size and part of it
is missing.

Did you reinstall your graphics driver when you did that upgrade? You should.

I have checked under additional drivers and it is running.Is there a command in
configurate  Wine I can use?Also there seems to be additional items in the
software centre - microsoft compatability layer
