wine users - Apr 2011 - button display problems with program after install in Wine

Hi 
I am using Wine 1.2.2
I got rid of XP on my laptop and now I am installing some programs that I used
on XP thru Wine.  When I installed Cool Edit Pro I got it to load but this is
how the buttons look when you open it.  The images of the buttons look like they
got crushed.

Any help with this would be great.  Also, I am running it with Windows 95
compatibility.

suggests you need to delete one file before starting.


Also, you might try with a more recent version of wine, e.g.
1.3.17.

There's some chance 'winetricks gdiplus' might help, but I have no
evidence for that.

I ended up uninstalling  all of the apps in wine and loaded coolpro again.  This
time it shows properly.  Thanks guys.
