wine users - Mar 2011 - How to add library files in wine

I have installed procaster in wine and has been installed without any errors.

But now when I try to start it it asks to import dll library ksproxy.ax

i downloaded ksproxy.ax from one site

But I am not able to install it in wine

Please guide me for how to install such files in wine

You put it to system32 and register it with regsvr32.exe. 
Note1: ksproxy.ax depends on ksuser.dll
Note2: it still may fail to work
