wine users - Mar 2011 - fix me error

hello, im trying to run a .exe, but i can't interact with its gui, the panel
is white and if i run it from terminal i retrieve the above message:

What application is this? What Wine version? If Wine is not at least wine-1.3.15
- upgrade.
