wine users - Feb 2011 - 32bit to 64bit game migration

Hello all,

  So I just upgraded my computer from arch 32 to arch 64 and went to reinstall
my game of choice (champions online) the same way I had it set up in my 32bit
setup.  I am using WINEARCH=win32 installed the following winetricks packages
gecko, corefonts and ie7.  The game requires that you use ie for updates and
launching the game.  In my 32 bit system it work well enough, but now in 64bit
the ie7 is crashing.  I tried using ie7 to browse around the internet and while
it's slow, it does seem to function for the most part.  Anyway I am unsure
of where to go from here so any input would be appreciated.  Below is my console

Is the program you are trying to run 32 bits?
If you just need to run 32 bits Windows programs, a 32 bits Wine works
fine as long as you have the necessary 32-64 bits compatibility libs.

Try native msimtf.dll.

well, as it turned out there was a patch update to the game at the same time as
I migrated so the 64bit issue was a red herring.  Thanks anyways!
