wine users - Feb 2011 - BattleForge - Keyboard won't work

Hey all,

I got a new installed Linux Ubuntu 10.10 x64 and i now wana play BattleForge
through wine.

First i installed wine through the ubuntu-softwarecenter and tried it. With the
update.sh script, it worked, but not the keyboard.
So i googled a bit and found the WineHQ article:

So i uninstalled wine from the ubuntu-software center, and followed the steps in
"HOWTO Patch Wine to add keyboard support for BattleForge".

After i created a Desktop-Shortcut and patched the game.

Now, the game starts but i still have no support for the keybord!

So, what i have done wrong? What can i do?

Please answer simple, i'm a linux-newcomer. :D

Ask whoever created the patch for help.  Unofficial patches are not suported
here.
