Wine RUN EXECUTABILE exe, exe.co, Bat
if you tryin to execute an exe it will run.
Just do next: remove wine from sistem and reinstall wine than try to run your
software again. i'm using 1.1.42 and it work just fine.

Rightclick on exefile and open with wine .  Or right click and see if it has
launch permission .
