wine users - Jan 2011 - Anno 1503 Gold edition graphics problem

Hi,
I just compiled and installed the new Wine (1.3.10).  I have succesfully
installed Anno 1503 Gold edition. But after I start the game: a black screen
appears, changes colors to blue, then back to black again, if I click on the
screen a green screen appears.

I guess this is a graphics card problem. 
I have an old integrated graphics card : Intel Corporation
82845G/GL[Brookdale-G]/GE Chipset Integrated Graphics Device.

About a year ago I had windows on my computer and this game ran perfectly on it.
Unfortunatelly it did not worked on my computer on the 1.2  wine neither.
Can somebody help me to make it work on my computer? Or my graphics card is too
old and it will not be supported in wine?

did you try the proprietary driver for your graphics card (if there is any)?

try running it at 800x600 resolution emulated desktop.

if nothing of the above helps, I have no idea...

thank you for your ideas. I tried to install the VGA Driver for this video card
(when I used windows I always had to do), but I had the following error:

(This is what you have meant by using proprietary driver?) Actually linux
perfectly recognises my video card and everything is working perfectly with it,
and I am not sure that it is necessary to install a driver under wine (I just
did it just in case helps, you never know you know)

My emulated desktop was set to be 800x600 when I tried.
