wine users - Dec 2010 - No subject

I am having a problem, created folder /home/user/.wine/abc then created launcher
with the command
WINEPREFIX=/home/user/.wine/abc wine spider.exe and got an error :(
what-did-I-miss?  ...more reading require, eh?
