Tell me you are NOT running Wine as root. I think you mean that you start from
the user's root directory and then work your way through.
How about humoring me. Log in as root, and then issue the command
find / -name 'CSS*'
And see if CSS shows up in the listings somewhere under your user's root
directory.
Programs do have the habit of thinking they are on Windows and then installing
into the user's root directory at some strange locations.
