Hello there, i downloaded the 1.2 and the 1.3.4 source trees of wine in order to test them. i configured and compiled both and afterwards i did "make clean". i did _not_ use the "make install" command for the reason that i did not want to collide with the 1.1.42 installation of my distro. when i use the ./wine --version command inside one of the directories containing the source tree i get ./wine: could not locate Wine source tree my questions: 1. what can i do about this issue 2. was the "make clean" shot a misstake? 3. if question no. 2 can be answered with yes then is there a way to undo it despite from recompiling the source? Regards Lorenz
