wine users - Jul 2010 - Downloader_StarCraft_Combo_deDE.2.exe got Visual c++ Error

Hi, i have a problem with the Starcraft/Blizzard downloader on wine 1.2-rc7
i ever got an Visual c++ runtime error

that is what i collect with the terminal:

with chmod i got this:
