Whenever I use the Open with dialog box in Mint Helena, I get my wine applications listed multiple times. This is very annoying. Does anybody know how to turn this off without using the properties dialog for every possible file type.

However then you won't get links for newly installed programs. Or if you want you can hack Wine's source code and disable that part. See this bug for details: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=19182
