I installed a couple of programs using wine that did not work. So I wanted to uninstall the programs. I uninstalled them using the uninstall wine software part of wine. However it left the full menus for the programs along with their submenus. I tried uninstalling wine and reinstalling it, but even with that the old menu items remain. How can I get old menu items of removed programs to be removed?

Thank you for your replies, but I think my problem is not yet solved. The information provides says: "Some uninstallers might not function at all. To remove all programs installed under Wine, remove the ~/.wine directory:" That's great if you want to uninstall EVERYTHING. But I do have some programs installed that did work, and I don't want to uninstall them or their menu items. How can I remove ONLY the menu items that have been uninstalled?
