wine users - Jan 2010 - install wine offline

Hi everybody
I new in ubuntu
I installed ubuntu 9.10 and I do not have internet connection in that PC
I want to install wine to setup USB modem
can anyone tell me how to do this?

I don't think that'll work with wine. You'd better try to use
ndiswrapper.
