wine users - Jan 2010 - Wine acts so weird that I can't express it in words [video]

Maybe it could be expressed that the window content is dislocated from the
window frame?

Ubuntu 9.04, Wine 1.0.1.

I'm completely stumped. How could I fix this? :)

That version is over a year old. Many things have been fixed since then. Upgrade
to the latest development release.
