Martin, thanks. I found where it was located, and was able to install the patch
after I moved the patch to that directory. (It was in PlayOnLinux.) However,
I'm still having the graphics problem, even with the patch.

POL is not supported here. Do not use it. Or report problems to it's forum.

Ok, I un-installed PlayOnLinux, re-installed Oblivion using only Wine, applied
the patch again, and the same problem keeps on coming up with the graphics.
