[Wine] Wine on MAC, Virtual Desktop Active, Background Texture??
Ok so I have this full screen app that would not run properly, I wanted it in a window any how so I could play and surf the web etc. Now I got the virtual desktop setup and everything, however for some reason X11 is painting the background as this black and white textured full screen thing and when active I cannot use any MAC OS X shortcuts besides 4 finger swiping... wondering, how do I get the windowed virtual desktop to mingle with the rest of my windows and minimize to dock, etc, like you would expect it to? [Wine] Re: Wine on MAC, Virtual Desktop Active, Background Texture??
I also found another forum post that mentioned this problem for a user running open office and they said the way they did it was through X11 preferences in the menu bar, they said when it went full screen, command+shift+A gave them access to menu bar but this did not work for me, can't find a way to access the X11 menu bar... it's either full screen black and white chequed background or nothing at all (just X11 dock icon)... is there a way to edit these preferences in command line or something?
