wine users - Aug 2008 - Incredimail....Need help/ideas to get it running

I am trying to get a program called " Incredimail " working for my
partner , she is love with it, and is stopping me from fully going to Ubunut.

It seems to really on IE 5.5 +, along with VisualBasic C++.

It loads up and installs, but wont run. Has anyone had any experience with this
program, and getting the various C++ libs installed correctly..
