wine users - Jun 2008 - can't connect over the network

Hi, i'm new using wine. and I can run wsping pro pack for windows
(http://www.ipswitch.com/international/spanish/wsping.asp) but I can not scan my
local network, I did what this FAQ says
(http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#head-0344b4325219c69636aeffeaa3596d6855283afd) but
still without connection.

can you help me?
