wine users - Apr 2008 - Problem with "MoHAA Nvidia patch" - I can't apply it to wine 0.9.59

It worked with earlier wine versions (all patched wine versions beside
0.9.59 - that you can find on my site: http://wine.x.pl/ have MoHAA patch
applied. Patch I'm talking about can by found here:
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9725

Maybe MoHAA no longer need this patch (don't have this game installed right
now - so I can't test it. Any volunteers :)?
If it still needs it - can somebody fix it so it would apply with newer
version of wine.
