wine users - Apr 2003 - wine rpm build errorr, rpm unmet depenency libntdll.sll.so is required

I tried to rebuild wine from wineredhat8.src from winehq.com for Redhat 
Linux 9 by adding --with-nptl to spec file. The build goes right but the 
rpm packages is complain about missing libntdll.dll.so. This file is 
supposed to be in wine-packages.
