wine users - Nov 2001 - write file permission errors

Hello all,

I am having a consistent problem with write permission errors. Programs
load and execute nearly flawlessly.

The file system is an independent bootable directory.

How should the partition be mounted? What  are the critical areas in the
config file?

This has been a problem stopping usage.

Read/Write (except if it's a ntfs partition of course)

Usually the C: drive entry and the drive entry
corresponding to the temporary directory (see the
'temp' entry under [Wine])
