You don't have to tell me anything. You are missing the libc headers,
or they are damaged. The package is glibc-devel on RH and Mandrake,
not sure what other distros call it, a couple more are covered in
<wine>/README, which you should bloody well read. You can't compile
"hello world!" without the libc headers.
How ever did you get through ./configure without them? Or did you
figure a way to do without running ./configure? Don't do that.
