I have tried some very simple programs like notepad and solitaire, and both don't seem to work: all I get is a sh*itload (a REAL sh*itload) of font-related fixme's. OK, I set up a new PC with a fresh XP load to be my rsync server. Rsync by itself seems to work fine (thank God. I'm going nuts.) I am still having problems when I throw ssh into the mix. I just installed wine on my RH 7.1 system and I also have windows 2000. Whenever I try and run a program using Wine I get a missing .dll file message however it seems like I do have the dll files in my c:\winnt\system32 directory.
