Here's the solution: For Windows 9x/ME add ogg=MPEGVideo to the [MCI Extensions] section of the win.ini. For Win NT/2K/XP you can do this too, but because the ini is mapped to the registry, better add a registry value to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\MCI Extensions with the value ogg=MPEGVideo I will include this into the next release.
