I've got a song that causes the vorbis plugin for xmms to crash while reading the vorbis equivilent of id3 tags. What is the proceedure for reporting bugs like this. Do I mail the bug into this mailing list and then serve the song off of a FTP server? -ben --- >8 ---- List archives: http://www.xiph.org/archives/ Ogg project homepage: http://www.xiph.org/ogg/ To unsubscribe from this list, send a message to 'vorbis-request@xiph.org' containing only the word 'unsubscribe' in the body. Note that there have been *many* bugfixes to the plugin in the past few weeks, and several in the past few days. They've and we've been pulling out the stops to get it cleaned up. You might want to grab the most recent XMMS (which includes the Ogg plugin) to make sure your bug hasn't been fixed already. Some bugs having to do with tag reentrancy have been fixed recently. If you know what you're doing with debugging, it'd also be useful to provide a backtrace and any other relevent info. If you don't know how to do that, then that's ok too.
