It should work automatically. However, if you used the pre4 tarball from
the website, please look at http://tinc.nl.linux.org/faq.html#keyexpire.
You can either use the proposed workaround or get a fixed version from
CVS:
cvs co -r CABAL -D '2001-06-21 12:00' tinc
If this doesn't fix your problem then I would need to know more
information (configuration files, firewall rules etc.).
