[syslinux] pxelinux.0 tftp kernel vmlinuz transfer hangs on PXE startup
Hello, I just would like to let you know that after investigating a while, it seems to me that the vmlinuz kernel ( Centos 5.6 Xen ) tftp transfer is hanging because there look to be some buffer overflow on the client side because after a while ( more or less 50Kb transfer ) , there is no more acknoledgment coming back from the client even in the last syslinux distribution revision 4.0.4. I hope it will help. Best Regards Pascal KOENIG

A packet trace (tcpdump/wireshark) would help too. -- H. Peter Anvin, Intel Open Source Technology Center I work for Intel. I don't speak on their behalf.
