Based on the initial feedback and bug reports concerning PXE Knife 0.0.1
I've made some updates, fixed a few programs that didn't work and
cleaned things up a bit so that cd iso's could be created - thus was
born PXE Knife 0.0.2.
This will be the first release that will be broadcast more widely than
the syslinux mailing list, but I still welcome feedback, bug reports or
anything else you want to suggest regarding it.
