We've had a request for a speex@ list for non-development discussion, in
analogy to the vorbis@ and vorbis-dev@ lists. What do you think?
Personally, the traffic on speex-dev doesn't seem high enough to
necessitate splitting the lists, but we're of course happy to do so if
that's what the dev community would like.
