ringing in queues
We use the ringall strategy for a small queue with 4 members. When a call comes in, if one of the members is busy, all the phones except the busy phone rings (as intended). While the other phones are ringing, if this busy phone becomes available again, we would like to have it start ringing. Right now it just sits idle. Is this possible? I played with ringinuse (queues.conf) and callcounter

Queue still tries to ring agent when busy
When agents are on the phone, and the CLI queue show command shows their status as busy, the queue still tries to send them calls. Running Asterisk 1.6.0.17 and using AddQueueMember to dynamically add agents. ringinuse is set to no for queue. Call queue problem
Hi all, We have an 8 agent support desk setup with 2 call queues running Asterisk 1.4.5. Every so often agents will receive a call from the queue that only rings once not allowing them time to answer. The call doesn't seem to be dropped, just seems to go to voicemail. Setting call forward for Agent's in a Queue

state_interface how to
Can anyone point me to a working how to on state_interface? I found this little example: http://www.freepbx.org/v2/ticket/3496 But it didn't work with the backport on v1.4.x, so I have v1.6.2 installed on my test box, and it's still not working. queue member state in asterisk 1.4
Hi, My queue members use Local channels and their queue state is "In use" while their hint value is "Idle". Since I have Ringinuse=no, I'm experiencing issues such as incoming calls waiting too much because the agent's phone isn't ringing even though it's idle/free. I read somewhere that this is a "known bug" in 1.4 and should be fixed in 1.6. I

Asterisk 11 - BLF on Custom devices

Queue Group not forwaring calls to agents
I am trying to set up Hunt Groups and I am having some issues. Here is what I am trying to do. All my users actually register with OpenSIPS. asterisk is not seeing my queues in database

Queues and hangup caller on Agent hangup
Hi List, Just one more question that may sounds stupid to some people but I can't find the solution for now, I have the following dialplan: exten => queue,n,Queue(myqueue) exten => queue,n,NoOp(ENDQUEUE) I don't understand why the NoOp is never triggered, the incoming call is always hangup when the agent hangup... Is this a behaviour we can't get rid off without patching

From the CLI: SomeQueue has 0 calls (max unlimited) in 'rrmemory' strategy (0s holdtime), W:0, C:0, A:3, SL:0.0% within 60s No Members No Callers I call 709, get a console message
