I noticed that clipping occurs in lossy audio compression even if there is no clipping in the original file (though the original file has peaks that are just below the maximum). There is a bug in winamp plug-in tag editor that corrupts files encoded in -b192 mode - these files have trouble with seeking. Hi all! I ran across another song that oggenc seems to have trouble to encode. The intro of U2:s "Grace" gets its right channel messed up by oggenc, even at the highest bitrate.
