Running Wine 1.0.1 in Ubuntu 9.10, trying to install FileMaker Pro 9 from CD. (Install from this CD works fine on Windows machine.) I noticed a distribution for 7.2 & 8.0 but not 7.3. Download and installation of the 7.2 version appears to go fine - until i give the command wine -v I do understand there is not a config file with the distribution. Hi, I'm trying to install an app that use InstallShields to install. The process wants to upgrade comctl32.dll when using builtin one. So, I swithed to native. And using native forces me to have commctrl.dll. Wine does not provide commctrl.dll, so, am I obliged to download it or get it from a regular windows install ? Is there any way to avoid switching comctl32.dll to native ? Thanks
