Got SIP response 603 decline, then the call hang up
Hi to all, I have a strange behavior in my asterisk server.
I have a queue for 5 agents, the calls enter the queue an go to the agents
normally, but if I need to transfer or dial directly to an agent extension
that is already in a call, the pbx hung up the actual call (not the
transferred call).
This is what I see in the log.

queue always hangs up/skip the next agent after ringing a agent -- help!!!
Hi,
I have 1.2.9.1 installed. It always rings first available agents for 15
seconds, then rings and hangs up the next agents straight away, then
ring the next agents for 15 seconds. It goes as a loop. Any one has the
following same problem? Thanks.

asterisk 1.4.21.2 a caller waited in queue, after connect to agent hears silence
Hi all!
My problem is that calls being placed in the queue, and are waiting
while the agents are busy, when an
agents is then free they gets connected to the agent but there is
silence (no voice).
If a caller has not to wait in the queue, there is no problem.
My agents have an iax2 client, and imcoming calls are over SIP.

queue static agents
Hi,
I setup a queue (number 4050) with one static agent
(extension 4054).
What I would like is that when someone calls the 4050
queue and there are neither "dynamic" agents logged in
nor is the static agent 4054 "on-line" then the caller
gets out of the queue and falls into another context
(eg. voicemail or anything). Not "on-line" means that

agent autologoff
Can anyone confirm that the feature listed below works? I'm using
AgentCallbackLogin and it never seems to log the agent off if they don't
answer.

Agents and Queues
I've just installed asterisk as a new phone system for our office but am
having difficulty with the queues. Specifically I need a way to
redirect our sales queue to voicemail when no one is logged in to the
queue. I see I can use the joinonempty=no setting, however this setting
doesn't work if you use the agent functionality (at least not with
AgentCallbackLogin). I could, of

There are 6 different ${QUEUESTATUS} variable values defined in asterisk

they would be set;
If someone could correct errors with these definitions ot would be
appreciated;
TIMEOUT - the max time specified in the queue command elapsed, only
checked between retries so may not be 100% accurate.

Agent autologoff dynamic queue members - Brain aches please help
Hi list,
Using Asterisk 1.2.10
I am getting seriously confused by Queues and Agents.
So far I configured my queue and agents, had my agents login using
agentcallback.
Call enters queue agent gets a call, if agent doesn't answer after 20
seconds a flag is set in AstDB (thanks to: Leo Ann Boon), call is returned
to queue and the cycle continues. If the same agent doesn't

Realtime queues with Firebird SQL through unixodbc
Hello,
I have a partially working Realtime Queue using unixODBC and Firebird. I
followed the steps on asterisk-guru and the voip-info asterisk message
boards but have been having no success.
I say that my queue is partially working because callers can join the
queue. However the calls do not go to the agents even if the agent is
not tied up and is available for calls. So the caller is stuck

Dynamic Queue Members - Auto Logoff
Another quick question (Spending the day trying to get this project sorted
and tucked away) If I am dynamically adding queue members, they will not
abide to settings within agents.conf will they?
Ie. I need the equivalent of Autologoff however want my agents to receive
calls when someone joins the queue, not have to sit on hold all day. I see
AgentCallbackLogin has finally been removed.

Hello everyone.
I got a little problem in here: I want to set up a queue so that if anything of these happens:
a) No agents logged in
b) All agents busy
Then the user gets diverted somewhere. I used this (for testing purposes only, of course):

exten => 7080,n,Queue(teste)

Wrong extension indicated when logging in as agent
Hi,
I am not sure if this is a bug in FOP (Flash Operator Panel), a
configuration error on my part or a bug in Asterisk. I am using Asterisk
1.2.5 and Zaptel 1.2.4 on a Centos 4.2 server with Linux version
2.6.9-22-EL-i686. Kernel updates are excluded and the server has been
updated using 'yum -y update'. Okay here is the scenario: I am using

Problems with agent dynamic login
Hi folks,
I'm running asterisk 1.2.10 and I need to use agent dynamic login. I
read some doc and follow some tutorials but the agents can't login into
the queue. Asterisk ask to me to dial the password agent and after
this, it doesn't do nothing ( it doesn't tell login ok or login
incorrect..). In the * console if I do show agents, any agent are logged.
Any help will be
