OSLEC and zaptel-1.4.5.1
Hi all,
After reading great things about the OSLEC Echo Canceller
(http://www.rowetel.com/ucasterisk/oslec) and seeing the reactions of
people who have tried it on a recent Trixbox thread
(http://www.trixbox.org/forums/trixbox-forums/open-discussion/need-people-echo-problems),
it sounds like it is the "bees knees" for sorting out echo problems with
cards like the x100p.

WARNING: chan_zap.c process_zap: Ignoring signalling
Hello
I've been googling for this message, but can't find why
Asterisk sends a warning. The configuration files look similar to
http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/index.php?page=Asterisk+config+zapata.conf.sample
It's a TDM card with just one FXO module on it, and I connected an
RJ11 cable to it from the wall plug:

ztdummy on Fedora Core 2
I followed the Wiki instructions to get zaptel to work on Fedora core 2.
It looked like everything went perfect including the loading of ztdummy.
However, I am having meetme and MOH problems synonymous with ztdummy not
loading. Take a look at my lsmod...Any ideas? (I am running stable
Asterisk on a DL360 - Dual processor)

Problems with CentOS ztdummy kernel 2.6
Hi List,
I am having some trouble with installing the latest version of ztdummy on a
CentOS Kernel 2.6 system.
I have installed a few Asterisk systems on Slackware Kernel 2.4.x without
any issues, unfortunately there is no choice about this distro, or kernel as
it has been preinstalled by someone else. And so I am in the dark with an
unfamiliar distro and kernel.
I am fairly sure the

Dahdi and ztdummy
Hi,
I need to run ztdummy for Paging, but now that this is all become dahdi I
don`t really know where to start. I did build dahdi before building
asterisk, but that`s it.
I find it hard to find any documentation referring to dadhi instead of
zaptel.
I have no Digium hardware, but I still need the ztdummy timer (or whatever
it`s called now). How do I get myself going?

ztdummy issues on new asterisk install
Hello list
I'm having some trouble getting * to recognize ztdummy on a new install
(Fedora Core 3).
I installed the module, and it shows up when I do an 'lsmod':
Module Size Used by
ztdummy 3796 0
zaptel 206852 1 ztdummy
crc_ccitt 2113 1 zaptel
I did 'service start zaptel' and everything appears cool.

Cutted audio or 2/3s blanks on EuroISDN - Asterisk1.4
Your Zap conf files would be helpful. Zttest results? Cat
/proc/interrupts. Sharing interrupts?
Any funky error in the logs?
Thanks,

app_meetme not loading
I originally built my Asterisk server without installing the Zaptel package
as it was going to be a purely SIP based system. However when I went to
setup conferencing using meetme I found out that app_meetme is dependant on
the ztdummy for timing. I have now installed the zaptel package and I
believe the ztdummy module is loading ok

"That is not a valid conference number.." with ztdummy running
I previously had Asterisk 1.0.7 running on a Linux 2.4.x kernel with
ztdummy. I was able to do things like meetme and music on hold. I
recently installed Asterisk 1.0.9 on a different machine with a Linux
2.6.x kernel running ztdummy. I installed and configured everything the
same way, but when I try to call into a conference room I get the error

Ztdummy and Asterisk
Hi,
I have installed Asterisk 1.4.20 on Debian Etch. The server has no telephony card
installed, but I have anyhow installed Zaptel (Zaptel-1.4.9) in order to be able to use MeetMe.
The Zaptel modules load normally. I obtain the following prompts:
kerplunk:/# /etc/init.d/zaptel start
Loading zaptel framework: done.
Waiting for zap to come online...OK
Loading zaptel hardware modules: ztdummy.

Anyone here using JUNGHANNS.net douBRI 2.0 ISDN ?
Hi,
I'm very new to asterisk and managed to set one up in debian, I
installed via apt-get the asterisk and asterisk-bristuff packages. I
downloaded the bristuff source as well.
I managed to get as far as loading the following modules:

But the problem now is that all channels that I try to configure gives
