Can call in but cannot call out (CHANUNAVAIL): TE410 + Asterisk 1.4.13 + Zaptel 1.4.6 + Libpri 1.4.2

Libpri 1.4.2 1) I put the following into extensions.conf to get to the outside line exten => 0,1,Dial(Zap/1) 2)

WARNING: chan_zap.c process_zap: Ignoring signalling
Hello I've been googling for this message, but can't find why Asterisk sends a warning. The configuration files look similar to http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/index.php?page=Asterisk+config+zapata.conf.sample It's a TDM card with just one FXO module on it, and I connected an RJ11 cable to it from the wall plug: # cat /etc/zaptel.conf fxsks=1 loadzone=fr defaultzone=fr # ztcfg -vv

X100P clone dial problems.
I'm not sure if I have a configuration problem or not. I am unable to dial out. When I try to dial in I can hear the phone ring on the dialling phone but Asterisk does not register anything. In zaptel.conf I have loadzone = au defaultzone=au fxsks=1 In zapata.conf language=au context=from-pstn When I do: zap show channels I get: Chan Extension Context Language

Asterisk 1.4.13 build crashed
Hi, am building the latest version of Asterisk (1.4.13) on a self-build Linux host (based on LFS-6.3). Version 1.4.12 built installed and worked fine. Last night I upgraded the kernel to 2.6.23 and rebuilt the zaptel driver package 1.4.5.1 against it. That seemed to build and install O.K. too. I dl'd the 1.4.13 source tarball and tried to build that: ./configure ran O.k. 'make

Hook flash time problem on TDM400/FXS
I have been trying for some time now to make the hook flash work on the FXS port. I am using Asterisk 1.4.10.1 with zaptel 1.4.4. When I "manually" flash the hook I can manage to find the duration to put a call on hold. However when pushing the flash button it never works. The phone's flashtime seems to be too short. I tried to set a shorter flashtime in the zapata.conf file, but it

TDM400 one way calls
Dear All I have a problem with a TDM400 card with 4 x FXS modules. The card carries extensions only and there are no incoming lines. I can make a call to the extension on this card with no problems. However, when I try and call out I just get a busy signal. I also get an error message (as shown at the bottom). Is this a problem? Configs below: [root at asterisk etc]# more zaptel.conf

X100P stopped working
I recompiled Asterisk with the aggressive echo cancellation on. That's all I changed, honest. After recompiling, it refused to run. I tried updating the source, etc, and eventually went back to no echo cancellation. Every time, I got this error while starting Asterisk. Please help! I have no idea what went wrong. Oh, and yes, wcfxo and zaptel are loaded, I checked with lsmod. I

Plot data in sequence
Hi, Thanks for the reproducible example. Looking at str(datn) would give you a clue. STATUS is a factor because it contains character values. Factor levels by default are alphabetical with numbers first, but you can change those. > str(datn) 'data.frame': 36 obs. of 3 variables: $ LEVEL : Factor w/ 4 levels "DIPLOMA","MATRIC",..: 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 4 ... $

Asterisk won't answer incoming analog line
I had to return my TDM11B because it put the PSTN line 'off hook' the moment I plugged it in and wouldn't hang it up. The new card seems to work because I can actually make an outgoing call from the FXO port to my cell phone, so I'm pretty happy about that. But Asterisk doesn't recognize incoming calls from the PSTN. If I dial my home phone from my cell phone asterisk

Does X100P clone provide Timer?
Does anyone know if the X100P clone cards provide the timer needed to run MOH and the Conferencing service? I have no need for a T1 card, but I'm running asterisk on a dual processor machine with the wrong kind of USB devices, so none of the dummy timers will work for me. Also, I'm running Asterisk@Home (2.4 Kernel). Anyone know if upgrade to the 2.6 kernel will allow me to use the
