Hi, Recommending to go Digium because of an OpenBSD issue with the Sangoma A104D is quite funny to say the least since neither is the TE407P supported in BSD by Digium. So the recommendation is useless to the person who originally requested for a comparison between the two products. If someone wanted to send back the A104D, he could have taken advantage of Sangoma's 30 day money back

I try to install asterisk-1.2.14, zaptel-1.2.12,libpri-1.2.4,addons-1.2.5 , sounds-1.2.1 and wanpipe-2.3.4-3 and hwec-utils-beta4-2.3.4 But it is not compiling drivers of the Sangoma, why udev's for board in "/dev/zap"(1-31, channel,ctl,pseudo,timer) is not created. Hi guys, Can I use a Sangoma a101 to interface a legacy pbx to an Asterisk server? The pbx doesn't have sip and I want to come in off of a sip trunk and interface with the older system. I know I can use a pri card to hook in to the phone network, but can I use this same card to feed back the signaling as if I were the phone company to the older system? Thanks, Tom

Hi all, We need to get better echo cancellation on an Asterisk gateway. Currently it has two TE410P (1st gen) cards. So would it be possible to just buy two VPM450M cards ? Or do we need to buy two new TE412P cards ? In that case a Sangoma A108d card would be nice as well ? What configuration gives the best audio quality ? Hi, I have these two cards, the Sangoma has 4 fxo interfaces and the digium has 1 fxo and 1 fxs. After install the sangoma card, my zaptel.conf was configured for that card. I'm trying to configure the Digium one together thinking that the Digium ports should be 5 and 8 but it doesn't works. Someone has some example about this? Thanks in advance Pau?p
