Somebody was helpful enough to give me the very latest release of Polycom's firmware (2.1.0). Unfortunately, I still get that issue. So I'm stuck asking again: Anybody ever got that? From the looks of it you have to buy a whole new phone to get a new handset. My vendor, TriaTechCOA, told me I had to buy a whole new phone to get a handset, which is pretty ridiculous. Federal laws (strengthened by some state and more local laws) assign penalties for calling people/phones on the DNCL. Hello everyone, I have just received 3 brand new Polycom SoundPoint IP 600 from "voipsupply.com" and I have the exact same problem on all of them. When I receive a call, the phone is ringing correctly but when I answer it, it takes exactly 10 seconds before I can hear the caller.
