similar to: Snom 360 and firmware 4.0 problem

Hi guys. I just bought and configured a Snom 360 and have noticed that the LCD is constantly flickering at a rate of ~10-15Hz (that's a guess). Either way, it's very distracting. Has anyone else encountered this before? Any solutions? And when she gets 2+ calls and puts them on hold, when she goes to transfer them out the calls on hold get merged together. Somehow the calls on hold get merged and not to the extension needed!! I am having major problems with the first run of Snom 360s that rolled out last month. I am working with the US vendor and they in turn are working with Snom but I wanted to see of anyone else was using these or having issues with them. Issues: Speakerphone/Hands Free volume spikes up and down during a call. You have to manually set the volume during every call. This makes it totally unusable.

Most people seem quite positive about Snom phones, I cannot share this opinion. The displays are dying quite often, and firmware is buggy. I have tried every firmware from 4.5 up to 5.x and 6.04 but keep having problems with phones locking up or rebooting during an ongoing conversation. Hi All I have a snom 200 phone here which works perfectly when using the handset to playback the voicemail messages etc. However when I play back the voice using the speakerphone it sounds choppy. Anyone had this problem before? Regards Mark

Anyone know how I can push a firmware update to a Snom 190 without using DHCP? In the web interface, I specify a path to the Snom firmware, and it works, except I have to physically press OK to get the update to download. I need to do it remotely...

We're using firmware 7.3.30 on an installation of Snom 300 phones. Should we stick with it, or do the newer firmwares have better support for Asterisk? Thanks John
