TA750 + T100P configuration. flashing red alarm on t100p after running modprobe wct1xxp, ztcfg
(to mods: sorry for any extra work I've put you through. Posting from my
work account, as proper)
Hello all, I'm back. I've got that lucky feeling that this will all
work out very soon, and I hope that that is true.
The issue:
In my * server I have a t100P, connected with a T1 crossover cable to
an Adtran TA750 with 2 FXO cards. After I do 'modprobe wct1xxp;ztcfg'

T100P: Can't Make/Receive Zap Calls (Long Newbie Blah)
All,
Alright, I've looked around the internet, the voip-info.org wiki, and
browsed the contents of this mailing list. While I've found a couple of
scenarios that are close to this one, I haven't found one that uses my
particular card (T100P). Without further delay --
I have successfully configured internal SIP services between a Snom 200
and a Windows X-Lite client and have

t100p configuration troubles
I've put a t100p in our * server and I'm having trouble configuring
it. It is directly connected to an Adtran TA 750 channel bank with two
FXO cards (8 analog incoming lines total). I'm able to insmod and
modprobe both zaptel and wct1xxp with no trouble, but when I start *
with /usb/sbin/asterisk -c I get the following output:
[root@rosella root]# /usr/sbin/asterisk -c

T100P + Zap Errors
I am having some difficulty getting a T100P card to work with my PRI.
When I attempt to make an outbound call via:
exten => 1004,1,Dial(Zap/g1/NPANXXXXXX)
I see the following on the asterisk console:

T100P/ TSU 600 installation problem
I have just received a T100P and an Adtran TSU 600 in
the mail.
I seem to be having a problem with the T100P card. So
far I have done the following:
vi zaptel.conf
fxoks=1-22
fxsks=23-24
...
vi zapata.conf
...
signalling=fxo_ks
...
channel => 1-22
...
signalling=fxs_ks
...
channel => 23-24
I then run
modprobe zaptel
modprobe wct1xxp
ztcfg -vv
There are no errors to report. In

Compiling HDLC does not Produce hdlc0 for T100p
my target is to produce a linux router with T100p to Fract T1 24chan
to ethernet and TDM 4channel FXO.
I have not been able to get nethdlc to work, just get zaptel networking
not configured
if I set bchan and dchan the card comes to life, but I don't believe this
is correct for what I want to accomplish.
according to markster@ this is the way they do it.

T100P to Adtran TA750 - No dialtone or ring
Hello all,
I've got a T100P connected to an Adtran TA750 with a T1 crossover...
This connects to a patch panel with phone ports. The Adtran is fully
populated with FXS cards.
All I get on any phone port is a fast clicking noise... No dialtone.
Asterisk 'sees' the card, (the channels show up in /proc/zaptel).
Incoming calls are routed to the zap/x channel, but no ring.
I'm

FW: HDLC & T100P
I got it figured out now. In case anyone else comes across it - this is what I had to do:
Sethdlc hdlc0 mode ansi
Ifconfig hdlc0 up ***NO IP INFO SET***
Sethdlc hdlc0 create <dlci number>
Ifconfig pvc0 <local ip> pointopoint <remote ip> up
Then set your default gateway to the <remote ip> listed in pvc0. That's about it!!
Hope it helps!

HDLC & T100P
I'm setting up a T1 for both voice and data and was wanting to know the steps involved.
I've recompiled zaptel for ZAPATA_NET support and setup my /etc/zaptel.conf:
Fxsks=1-10
Nethdlc=11-24
Modprobe wct1xxp works fine and my voice lines work.
Now when I use the provided sethdlc, I use the following commands:
Sethdlc hdlc0 mode ansi
Ifconfig hdlc0 <ipaddress> <network>

T100P HDLC configuration
All,
I am trying to configure hdlc support on T100P Digium card - everything
seems ok... but it just does not work at all.
I was able to compile all drivers, the light on the card becomes green
when I plug T1 link.... but I even can't ping default router IP... there
is no data coming back to me, so I am confused completely now.
Also I tried both protocols - raw hdlc and cisco hdlc. The

T100P No D-channels
Hi
Last week I installed Asterisk (release1) with digium t100p single span T1
(wct1xxp) board on Dell GX270 pc configured for PRI. Asterisk/t100p is
currently the only user of the t1 line. All worked well for about a half a
day, PSTN to SIP phones to non-SIP IP phones etc. Alas, since then I
consistently get multitudes of blue alarms on all b-channels followed by a
loss of d-channel:

T1 configuration, getting help via IRC?
In my * server I have a T100P, connected with a T1 crossover cable to an
Adtran TA750 with 2 FXO cards. After I do 'modprobe wct1xxp;ztcfg' the
alarm on the card starts blinking red. Running zttool confirmed that
yes, it is a red alarm. I've read a few previous posts on this type of
setup and I'm not too much closer. What should I be checking next? A
different cable? The

ztcfg problems
Hello, I'm running Fedora Core 3 with udev, and asterisk/zaptel/libpri
from cvs. I have followed the README.udev instructions replacing insmod
with modprobe and rmmod with modprobe -r and adding the 60-zaptel.rules
file, yet no matter what I do I still get this error on boot(or when I
run service zaptel restart):
[root@pbx ~]# /etc/init.d/zaptel restart

Kernel panic w/ DAHDI 2.x/Digium TE220B
I've seen this consistently on three systems, with three different
cards, and multiple versions of DAHDI. At first I thought the issue
only occurred on newer, Nehalem-based, systems, but I reproduced it on
a Core 2 Duo box as well. I've tested with dahdi-linux 2.2.0.2, dadhi-
linux-complete 2.0.0+2.0.0, 2.1.0.2+2.1.0.2, and 2.2.0.2+2.2.0. The
card is a Digium TE220B which uses the

T100P-E100P circuit board differences
Hi-
Perhaps someone with an E100P in hand can answer this:
I just received an E100P from Digium (I normally buy quad boards)
I noticed that the circuit board says "T100P" on it, and I assume that the
T100P and E100P both use the same circuit board.
Can someone please confirm that their E100P says "T100P" on the artwork?
Thanks

No incoming sip calls
Hi folks - I've recently returned to asterisk after an eighteen month break.
I've two sip providers - gradwell in the UK (inbound and outbound)
and talklite in the US (outbound only).
I've managed to get outbound dialing working but am not receiving any
calls from gradwell.
I've included my sip.conf and extensions.conf as well as the output
from tethereal. When a call is placed

T100P problem with LD T1
I've got a dedicated LD T1 terminating to a DMS100 switch. My outgoing
calls aren't working, on the switch side they see two sets of dialing,
with the first three digits repeating. I've used the sample
extensions.conf modified a bit to remove the 9 and the 1, like so:
[trunkld]
exten => _NXXNXXXXXX,1,Monitor(wav,/tmp/dial)

E100P
Hi, i just received an E100P, this is the first one I have ever seen,
and notice that the board reads T100P. Is this right ? The antistatic
bag had a small label that has E100P written on it, and the card is a
bit different than the T100P I already have, Does Digium use the same
boards for both cards ? I don't have an E1 link here, can I test the
card just by loading the driver and run
