Junghanns quadBRI on Dell PowerEdge
Hi, we are trying to install Junghann's quadBRI into Dell PowerEdge 2800 system without success. I don't know if the issue can be that Junghann's card fits 32-bit slot and Dell PE 2800 has only 3 PCI-X 64-bit slots. Can this be an issue? We get "CRC errors for HDLC frame" when the card is initialized. Any idea what can be wrong? 1/ We use latest bristuff packages. 2/

module load order for Junghanns qozap and TDM card
Hi all, I'm trying to get a junghanns QuadBRI to coexist in the same machine as a Digium TDM400P card (so I can run the ISDN lines in and bridge with analog phones plugged into the TDM). I'm having a problem loading the modules. If I follow the BRIstuff (0.3.0-pre-1l) install method.... it's to modprobe zaptel, then insmod qozap.o I'm on Debian 2.4.31. That works. But then I

quadBRI card installation issues
Hi there, I am attempting to set up a simple BRI and SIP based platform using * with the quadbri card (it's not sharing an IRQ). I enclose my zaptel and zapata.conf files. For the inital test I'm simply trying to connect to the * demo menu. The drivers compile (with a few warning that I believe aren't important - see attachments). chan_zap comiles with the warning: chan_zap.c:

Junghanns QuadBRI stable?
Hi, I have an asterisk box with a QuadBRI. I am close to make it work like I want: Incoming calls to SIP are OK, outgoing calls are quiet working thanks to Michael Sandee advices. My real problem is that my * box is freezing very often when I probe qozap (bri-stuff 0.0.2). I have tried two distribs (Debian Kernel 2.6, Mandrake 9.1 Kernel 2.4) and it always work for a few minutes and freezes. At

Junghanns and Digium TDM400?
Hi all, is it possible to bridge a call between a Junghanns quadBRI card and a TDM400 in the same server? It should be I think, -- I am trying this and when an incoming call comes in, it hangs both up at the moment the bridge is attempted (and a subsequent 'qozap: dropped audio' error is show in the /var/log/messages) Any thoughts appreciated -- I've seen posts, but no clear

Dahdi and Junghanns QuadBRI
Hi, I'm using a revision 6822-enabled Dahdi-Tools (see https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=13897) with a Junghanns QuadBRI. 1. Do I still need qozap driver ? If positive, how is it recommended to get it ? 2. Which line should be included in /etc/dahdi/modules to have the appropriate driver loaded ? 3. The process I'm planning to use is : A- Hand edit /etc/dadhi/modules,

BRI and E1 in same system
Hi- Anyone using the Junghann's quad BRI card and the Digium E100P in the same system? I'm having a configuration problem where I can configure the cards one at a time (with the appropriate drivers loaded) in a system, but when I try them both together, neither will work. They both work fine one at a time. Probably has something to do with the channel numbering. I've tried

Do I have to worry about interrupt sharing here?
Hello I am using a Junghanns QuadBRI ISDN card - the module name is qozap. If I like at my interrupt assignment, qozap is sharing interrupt 10 with libata and uhci_hcd. I think libata is the IDE hard drive module and uhci_hcd is a USB module. linux:~ # modprobe qozap linux:~ # cat /proc/interrupts CPU0 0: 12634579 XT-PIC timer 1: 10 XT-PIC i8042
