TDM400P not answering or making calls
Hello, I have recently purchased a TDM400P card with one FXO expansion card, and I'm having problems. The card does not pick up incoming calls. Asterisk detects the ringing line and rings various SIP phones as required. When a sip phone answers, the sip user hears nothing and the PSTN user continues to hear ringing. Here is the asterisk output for an incoming call:

Problem with TDM400P and cidstart=polarity
I'm testing a TDM400P with FXO module to receive incoming calls from an analogue line and send it to a SIP device. To recieve callerid, I need to use cidsignalling=dtmf and cidstart=polarity. The problem is that when a call is finished, the TDM400P seems to require about 20 seconds to prepare for the next incoming call. If a new call comes in within 20 seconds after the previous call was

Ang: Re: Dutch (DTMF) caller-ID
Hi all! I am in the same situation here in Sweden, but I just got the X100 card and don t get it to work with DTMF caller ID. Is the only way to solve this to buy a TDM400 card w FXO modules? Is it just a driver question or a HW issue with the X100 card? Where to find dok about the new keywords in conf files like "cidstart=polarity" in zapata.conf? rgds Gunnar >>>

UK Caller ID - todays CVS update knocks out a channel
I've updated to the latest CVS as of today (and rebuilt RedHat 9). My setup is as follows: Wildcard X101P - channel 1 TDM400P - channels 2-3 - fxs cards with fxo signalling, channels 4-5 - fxo cards with fxs signalling I got CallerID to work on channel 4 with an old CVS, despite the usual "Didn't finish CallerID spill" message. However, as soon as I insert the following

Dutch (DTMF) caller-ID
Hey all, I recently noticed that DTMF caller-ID was implemented in CVS, so I requested the service from my telco (the Dutch KPN) and tried to get it going in Asterisk (current CVS), without success so far. This system has 1 X100P, 2 TDM400P's with 4 FXS-modules each and 2 HFC-PCI ISDN-cards (zaphfc-driver) in it. The analog line I'm trying to get caller-ID working on is obviously on the

DAHDI CDR problem
Hello gang, We just got MaBell to turn on our callerid. I tested the capability with a southwest bell box and a plain phone, so I know the line is sending the signal. I'm running Asterisk SVN-branch-1.4-r204834 using a TDM400P card. Here is my dahdi_cfg -vv output: dahdi_cfg -vv DAHDI Tools Version - 2.1.0.2 DAHDI Version: 2.1.0.3 Echo Canceller(s): MG2

Zap channel calling back after hangup (due to polarity CID detection)
Today I received a TDM11B (1 FXO and 1 FXS) and got it installed just fine. I bought the card mainly to get caller ID to work properly in Sweden, and that works just fine. However, if the called or calling party hangs up after I hangup my SIP channel, polarity CID detection kicks in and dials a couple of signals to my incoming context. This happens with Asterisk 1.0.6 and CVS-HEAD. I have tried

UK (British Telecom) Caller ID again
I've followed the recent thread on caller id with UK British Telecom networks (where the caller id data is delivered before the first ring). My understanding is that if I use a recent CVS head (e.g. CVS-HEAD-09/18/04-17:45:52) and a TDM400 with FXO modules, all I need to do is include the line: usecallerid=uk In my zapata.conf (in the [channels] section) I've done this, but I get: Sep

TDM-400P + CallerID
Hi, I'm just starting out with Asterisk, in combination with a TDM400, filled with 2 FXS on channels 1 and 2, and 1 FXO on 4. Having just started, all I want right now is to be able to answer incoming calls on a phone connected to channel 1. The trouble is the caller id. I have caller id enabled on my line, my phone supports it, and when I connect the phone directly to the line, it works.

CID not working.
Hi, I am using asterisk 1.4.28 with freepbx and Wildcard TDM410P card. Everything is working fine except the caller ID of incoming call from PSTN line. The phone display is showing "Unknown" when there is an incoming call. *My log file showing this while an incoming call on PSTN line:* tail -f /var/log/asterisk/full [Dec 30 06:36:16] DEBUG[2559] dsp.c: dsp busy pattern set to 0,0

Problems with setting up Zaptel
Hi all, I've just got an OpenVox A400P card with 1 FXO and 1 FXS module and I am just trying to get it working. But no luck as of yet. In /etc/zaptel.conf I've set the following options: fxsks=2 fxoks=1 loadzone=se defaultzone=se And in /etc/asterisk/zapata.conf I've not sure what to set exactly. For example, under [trunkgroups] what to specify there? Under [channels I set something

wctdm, issue w/outbound calls
Hi all, I've been running Asterisk with a TDM400P for about 6months, no problems. 2 in/outgoing analog lines, one analog phone. Recently I was messing with the XTEN client, got to finagling with things, and not knowing what was wrong I upgraded from 1.0.7 to 1.0.9 (both asterisk + zaptel). I was testing various things, and found everything worked except outgoing calls. So I checked

TDM - Analog Trunk - CallerID question
Hello list. I have a question about how to read the incoming calls' callerid on an FXO interface of a TDM 400 analog card; (it's one of those RED modules). Now -may this is the complexity adding step..- I have a GSM gateway attached to this FXO thing; incoming calls are processed as they should. But both when peeking on the CLI, as well as in the phone display I do not see the caller id.

Incoming calls on PSTN trunk not disconnected (bsnl, india)
I am trying to configure Asterisk for BSNL, india network. I have successfully configured it for outgoing calls. When any outside number make any call to trunk then it receives the call properly but when the call is disconnected by inside extension then outside phone does not get a busy tone.
